Saksham Care Foundation is going to launch another campaign on noise pollution, we all know that Sound pollution (or noise pollution) is the presence of unwanted, excessive, or harmful sound in the environment, primarily caused by human activity like traffic, construction, and industrial processes. It typically becomes harmful when exceeding 75 dB, causing fatigue, high blood pressure, hearing loss, and stress in humans.
Elevated workplace or environmental noise can cause hearing impairment, tinnitus, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, annoyance, and sleep disturbance. Changes in the immune system and birth defects have been also attributed to noise exposure.
